Shipping Details

Important Notes on Shipping

We use heavy-duty 5-wall corrugated shipping cartons to protect the gloss or matte finish on matchbooks. However, hard impacts during shipping may cause minor smudging or scratching of the finish. This is not considered a defect, and the factory cannot be held responsible for credits or re-makes due to rough handling during transit.
